Wright City Municipal Court was established in 2005

The purpose of  the court is to provide a forum for citizens to have their matters heard in a fair, efficient, and timely manner and to ensure due process of the law.

YOUR APPEARANCE BEFORE THE JUDGE

You will be appearing in court to enter a plea of GUILTY or NOT GUILTY to the charge(s) that are pending against you. You may seek the services of an attorney. You may request a continuance in order to hire an attorney by appearing in court on your court date.  The court clerk, cannot grant continuances over the phone or in person.

Court dates are every other Wednesday, at 6:30 pm. Payment dates follow the same schedule, and may be made prior to court, between the hours of 9:00 am & 5:00 pm.  For the exact court schedule call 636-745-1025

Due to the lack of space in the court room, only the defendant will be admitted. If a minor wants to bring a parent, please call the court to have the parent's name placed on the docket for entry into the court.  The same goes for anyone with a disability needing assistance.
